1895-1905 - Queen Anne (Contributing)
1.5-story, frame, three-bay-wide (w-d-w) Queen Anne style house with a gable-on-hip roof and an inset, full-width front porch with wood columns, turned balustrade, spindlework, and brackets. A door is located offset left on the primary façade. The first and third bays are paired 25/2 and 2/2 wood double-hung-sash windows with louvered shutters. A balcony is on the half-story on the primary elevation with double-doors and wood balustrade. A wing extends from the left side and has 25/2 wood double-hung-sash window with louvered shutters. Cross gables on the side elevations expand the upstairs living space. The house rests on a brick pier foundation, is clad with clapboard siding, and has a pressed metal roof. (NOTE: Burned to the ground in 2015)
