1895-1910 - Vernacular (Contributing)
One-story, frame, two-bay-wide (d-w) vernacular dwelling with a side-gable roof, inset full-width front porch, and a rear gable-roof addition. Distinctive features include a front door with transom and sidelights and a threesided bay with windows on the diagonal faces (second bay). The house has a brick pier foundation, Hardy Plank siding, 6/6 vinyl double-hung windows with faux mullions, and a pressed metal roof.
