Beach Boulevard District #035

Ca. 1890. 1½-story 5x4-bay clapboard house with gable roof. Projecting porch supported on rectangular posts with capitals. Added gable-roofed dormer. Turned balusters, exterior staircase. Central entrance with sidelights and transom. (C) (Note by CHG. The dormer is original to the house)
