Ca. 1890. 1-story shotgun cottage with L-plan and porch on front and side of shotgun section and front of the L-section. Shotgun section has a gable-on-hip roof. Ell section has a jerkinhead roof. Bracketed posts, decorative valence and stickwork balustrade. (P)
