103 Carroll Avenue (BD-616) -- Ca. 1935. Colonial Bungalow. 1½-story brick house with gabled tile roof with 3 gables on the front elevation. Round-arched entrance. Segmental-arched porch opening is filled with screen with radiating muntin fanlight motif. Chimney with arched brick patterns. (P) 
105 Carroll Avenue (BD-617) -- Ca. 1930. 1-story stucco house with flat parapet roofline, undercut porch and central entrance. Pyramidal columns at corners. Piers flank entrance to porch. (P) 
106 Carroll Avenue (BD-615) -- Ca. 1920. Bungalow style. 1-story front-gabled house with undercut gallery. 3-bay façade with central entrance. Tapered porch posts with decorated capitals rest on rusticated concrete block piers. Partial half-timbering in gable. (P) 
107 Carroll Avenue (BD-618) -- Ca. 1940. Mission style. 1-story 3x3-bay house with flat parapet roofline and projecting porch which has been enclosed. Tile hoods over paired windows. (C) 
108 Carroll Avenue (BD-614) -- date undetermined. 1-story 5-bay irregular plan house with wide front-gabled porch and gabled main block. Porch partially enclosed. 
109 Carroll Avenue (BD-619) -- Ca. 1895. Queen Anne style. 2-story 3x2-bay house with a variety of roof slopes. Shiplap siding. Cut-out vergeboard decoration. Projecting porch with turned and bracketed posts and turned valence. 3 doors open onto porch. (P) 
111 Carroll Avenue (BD-620) -- Ca. 1900 with later alterations. 1-story 3-bay house wit' gable roof and central entrance. Central projecting gable on front elevation. Bungalow-style tapered columns on rusticated 'concrete block piers. (C) 
112 Carroll Avenue (BD-613) -- Ca. 1910. 1½-story 4x2-bay house with hip roof, undercut gallery and hip-roofed dormer with balustrade. 2 entrances in middle bays. (C.) 
114 Carroll Avenue (BD-612) -- Ca. 1900. 1½-story front-gabled house with undercut gallery and carport. Half-timber treatment in gable. (C)

121 Carroll Avenue (BD-622) -- Ca. 1910. Bungalow style. 1½-story gable-roofed house with gable roof. Shed-roofed dormer and undercut gallery supported by pairs of box columns on brick piers. Exposed rafter-tails. (P) 
123 Carroll Avenue (BD-623) -- Ca. 1940. 1-story 3x2-bav gable-roofed house with 3 small gables over door and entrance. Asbestos siding. Paired windows. 
125 Carroll Avenue (BD-624) -- Ca. 1880 but remodeled. 1-story 2x2-bay gable-roofed house with rear addition. Clad with brick veneer and aluminum siding. (L) 
126 Carroll Avenue (BD-609) -- Ca. 1910. Bungalow style. 1-story gable-roofed house with shed-roofed dormer and undercut gallery. Pyramidal box columns resting on brick piers. (C) 
127 Carroll Avenue (BD-625) -- Ca. 1945. 1-story 3x2-bay gable-roofed house with central entrance. Paired windows, side addition. (C) 
130 Carroll Avenue (BD-608) -- Ca. 1890. 1½-story Creole cottage with undercut gallery hip-roofed dormers and 4-bay façade. 2 entrances in middle bays. Brick veneer front wall. Replaced posts. (C) 
131 Carroll Avenue (BD-626) -- Ca. 1925. 2-story 3x2-bay front-gabled house with projecting front-gabled section and a 1-story front-gabled porch supported by round columns. Overhanging eaves. Front porch eave is bracketed. Diamond-paned window. (C) 
134 Carroll Avenue (BD-627) -- (listed as 137) Ca. 1895. 1½-story gable-on-hip-roofed dwelling with central gable and undercut gallery. 1911 addition extended the house with a polygonal corner bay. Palladian window in gable. 5-bay façade with central entrance under gallery. (P) 
200 Carroll Avenue (BD-607) -- Ca. 1900. 1-story L-plan house with gable-on-hip roof. Undercut porch surrounds main block and L sections. Box columns on brick piers. 
204 Carroll Avenue (BD-606) -- Ca. 1900. Queen Anne style. 1-story L-plan cottage with projecting polygonal bay with imbricated shingle gable and angled window brackets. Porch with replaced posts in Bungalow-style. (C) 
208 Carroll Avenue (BD-605) -- Ca. 1900 with later addition. 1-story 3x5-bay hip-roofed house with central entrance which is recessed. Enclosed porches. Central front gable with Queen Anne sash window. (C) 
210 Carroll Avenue (BD-604) -- Ca. 1965. 1-story 3x3-bay cottage with front gable orientation and central entrance. (M) 
212 Carroll Avenue (BD-603) -- Ca. 1890. Queen Anne style. 1-story L-plan cottage with projecting polygonal bay which terminates in a gable roof with shingled pediment Projecting porch with turned valence and bracketed posts. (P) 
302 Carroll Avenue (BD-602) -- (listed as 300) Ca. 1920. 1-story 3x3-bay gable-on-hip-roofed house wit L-plan and 1-bay porch. Asbestos siding. (C) 
304 Carroll Avenue (BD-601) -- Ca. 1990. 1½-story 3x4-bay gable-on-hip-roofed house with undercut gallery, central entrance with sidelights and transom and a polygonal bay in the front and side elevations. Paneled columns with capital moldings. Diamond-shaped light in gable and front polygonal bay. (P) 
307 Carroll Avenue (BD-629) -- (listed as 309) Ca. 1925. 1-story 3x2-bay gable-roofed house with recessed entrance and projecting entrance porch which is front-gabled with bracketed eaves. Entrance contains sidelights. (C) 
308 Carroll Avenue (BD-600) -- Ca. 1900 with later addition. 1-story cruciform plan house with gable roof and side porch. (C) 
310 Carroll Avenue (BD-599) -- Ca. 1920. 1-story front-gabled house with 1 separately gabled bay. Projecting porch with attenuated rafter-ends supported on paired columns. (C)  (No longer standing)
311 Carroll Avenue (BD-630) -- Ca. 1970. 1-story 3x3-bay gable-on-hip-roofed house with masonite siding. Modern sash. (M) 
312 Carroll Avenue (BD-598) -- Ca. 1915. 1½-story frame house with double hip roof, gabled dormer, undercut gallery and 4-bay façade. 2 entrances in middle bays. Gallery supported by pyramidal columns on stucco piers. 
313 Carroll Avenue (BD-631) -- Ca. 1905. 1-story 4x3-bay front-gabled house with under cut gallery. 2 entrances in middle-bays. Pedimented gable with oval louvered opening. (C) 
314 Carroll Avenue (BD-597) -- Ca. 1920. 1-story front-gabled house with front-gabled projecting porch supported by pyramidal box columns on rusticated block piers. Exposed rafter-tails. (C)

320 Carroll Avenue (BD-594) -- Ca. 1900. 1-story gable-on-hip-roofed shotgun cottage with rear addition which forms a T-plan. Undercut gallery on rectangular posts. 
321 Carroll Avenue (BD-634) -- Ca. 1900. 1-story 3x2-bay gable-roofed house with pedimented side gables, central entrances and projecting porch which has been partially enclosed. (C) 
323 Carroll Avenue (BD-635) -- Ca. 1905. 1-story 3x2-bay front-gabled house with under cut gallery and side-hall entrance. Pedimented gable with oval louvered opening. Screened porch with stickwork balustrade. (C)  (No longer standing)
325 Carroll Avenue (BD-636) -- Ca. 1890. 1-story 3x4-bay house with polygonal bay at 1 corner. Projecting front-gabled porch. Main door is double-leafed with transom and sidelights. 
326 Carroll Avenue (BD-593) -- Ca. 1890. 1-story 2x2-bay front-gabled shotgun cottage with an ell. Undercut gallery and 2-sided porch. Pediment is shingled and decorated with a cut-out verge-screen. (P) 
330 Carroll Avenue (BD-592) -- Ca. 1925. Bungalow style. 1½-story 3x4-bay gable-roof house with 2-bay projecting front-gabled porch. Exposed rafter-tails. Paired windows with vertically divided sash. (C)
