101 Washington Street (BD-195) -- Ca. 1905 with later additions. (Note by CHG. Actually built in 1894. Pictured in Along the Gulf). 1-story L-plan cottage with gable-on-hip roof and Queen Anne style decorative features. Additions have altered the original plan. 201 Washington Street (BD-205) -- Ca. 1920. 1-story stuccoed building with canted corner entrance bay. Flat parapet roofline. Door is multi-lit with side-lights.  (Destroyed by hurricane Katrina)

440 Washington Street (WD-011) -- Ca. 1890. 1-story 1x4-bay shotgun cottage with front-gable orientation, undercut wrap-around porch, and canted corners on the front façade and side-L. (P) 
500 Washington Street (WD-012) -- (listed as Washington and Francis) Ca. 1925. Commercial building and attached residence. 1-story 3x1-bay commercial structure clad with asphalt siding. Front-gable orientation with overhanging eaves and bracketed canopy. Off-center entrance with double-leaf doors. 1-story cottage is attached with a hyphen. Continuous corrugated-metal roof covers both buildings. Decorative ventilators. (C)  (No longer standing)
