Two-story, mid-twentieth century warehouse with a plain parapet. The building is clad in brick, concrete block, and metal. The roof is clad in corrugated metal. The building has an inset center entrance flanked by large windows which are currently boarded, but which emphasize the horizontal lines of the building. It rests on a concrete slab foundation. (NOTE: originally listed as 200, building was demolished sometime between 2010 and 2013)
