Pavolini, Alfonso R.  -  1961

Alfonso Randolph Pavolini, a native and lifelong resident of DeLisle, died at 5:05 P. M. Saturday at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport. He was 57 years of age.

Born July 29, 1904, Mr. Pavolini resided at Route 1, Pass Christian, in the DeLisle community. He was a mechanic and a member of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mable Pavolini, DeLisle; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Cox, Mobile, Ala., and Mrs. Deloris Cox, Ocean Springs; two sons, Alphonse and August Pavolini, both of DeLisle; seven grandchildren; eight sisters, Mrs. Victoria Niolet, Mrs. Annie Niolet, and Mrs. P. Carvan, all of DeLisle; Mrs. Larina Ryan and Mrs. Floyd Brune, both of Ocean Springs; Mrs. Guy Curillo and Mrs. August Brune, both of New Orleans; and Mrs. Woodrow Well, Pineville; and one brother, Simon Pavolini, DeLisle.

The body is at the Riemann Funeral Home in Pass Christian, where it will remain until 3 o'clock this afternoon. It will then be taken to Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church in DeLisle for religious services this afternoon. The Rev. John T. O'Brien, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the DeLisle Cemetery.
