Penrose, Elizabeth C. - April 21, 1997
Elizabeth C. Penrose, 84, of New Orleans and formerly of Bay St. Louis, died Monday, April 21, 1997, in New Orleans.
Mrs. Penrose was a native of Nashville and a member of St. George Episcopal Church in New Orleans.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clement Biddle Penrose Jr.; her parents, Charles Owen and Louise Daniel Crawford; a brother, Owen Crawford, and two sisters, Anna Dale Peranich and Mary Louise Crawford.
Survivors include a son, Clement Biddle Penrose III of Mount Vernon, Ind.; a daughter, Linda Penrose Favre of New Orleans; and four grandchildren.
Services were conducted Wednesday at St. George Episcopal Church in New Orleans, A graveside service followed in Waveland Cemetery.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis was in charge of arrangements.
