Mr. Joseph Powell Jr., 82, died Friday, Nov. 20, 1998 in Diamondhead.
Mr Powell was a native of Pearlington and was a retired auto mechanic.
Survivors include a son, Joseph Powell III; a brother James Powell, both of Pearlington; three sisters, Annie Abrams of Gulfport, Emma Malone of Pearlington and Albertine Wesley of New Orleans, and three grandchildren.
A service was held Friday, Nov. 27 at Holmes Chapel Methodist Church iin Pearlington. Burial was in Pearlington Cemetery.
Baylous Funeral Home in Picayune was in charge of arrangements.
