Scarborough, Mae  -  February 12, 1997

Mae Scarborough, 85, of Pass Christian, died Wednesday, Feb, 12, 1997, in Gulfport.

Mrs. Scarborough was a native and lifelong Coast resident. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dedeaux and a business woman for many years. She owned and operated several businesses.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lena Niolet; three brothers, Milton Niolet, Buddy Niolet and Saul Niolet; and a sister, Myrtle Cuevas.

Survivors include three sons, Ed Scarborough of Theodore, Ala., and Frank Scarborough of Glulfport; four daughters, Annette Mander and Janice Scarborough, both of Long Beach, Dorothy Ivey of Mobile and Joyce Newby of Tulsa, Okla; a brother, Emmett Niolet of Long Beach; two sisters, Velma Dubuisson of Pass Christian and Mamie Ladner, both of the Dedeaux community; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Friday evening at Reimann Funeral Home in Pass Christian. Services were conducted Saturday atSacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery in Rotten Bayou.
