James C. Seal Sr., 71, of Picayune, Died Sunday, Dec. 6, 1998, in Slidell.
Mr. Seal was a native of Catahoula and was a contractor and owner of the Spreader-Grader Byonic Blayde Inc. In the construction industry. He was a member of Catahoula Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his former wife, Marie Sea;l his parents, Randolph and Louvenia Seal; two sons, Paul and Jerry Seal, and a brother, Jack Seal.
Survivors include his present wife, Jana Ady Seal of Catahoula, former wife, Virales Cuevas of Standard; five sons, Ronnie Seal ofGulfport, Chuck Seal, Ricky Seal, David Seal and Randy Seal , all of Catahoula; two daughters, Karen Ladner of Standard and Chelle Seal of North Carolina; two brothers, Ray Seal of Whie Cypress Lakes, Miss and Nathan Hoda of Diamondhead; two sisters, Melva Necaise and Dora Necaise, both of Catahoula; 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Monday at McDonald Funeral Home in Picayne, Services were conducted Tuesday at Catahoula Baptist Church, followed by burial in Bounds-Mitchell Cemetery in the Catahoula community
