Smith, Raymond - March 29, 1998
Mr. Raymond E. Smith, 45, of Bay St. Louis, died Sunday, March 29, 1998, in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Smith was a native and resident of Bay St. Louis. He was a member of First Baptist Cxhurch in Bay St. Louis and was employed with the Bay-Waveland Headstart Center for eight years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Smith Sr.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Ruthie Mae Smith of Bay St. Louis; three brothers, Eugene Smith Jr. of Los Angeles, Calif., Melvin Smith and Alvin Smith, both of Bay ST. Louis; three sisters, Gertrude Rodgers of Moss Point, Gloria Rodgers of Gautier and Louise Smith of Bay St. Louis.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 4, 10-11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Bay St. Louis followed by services at the church. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory in Bay St. Louis.
J. T. Hall Funeral Home in Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
