Tucker, Roland E.  -  July 5, 1997

Roland E. Tucker, 76, of Bay St. Louis, died Saturday, July 5, 1997, in Bay St. Louis. He was a chemical plant instrument technician and was retired from Gulf Oil Co. He was a veteral of World War II and a Methodist. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of Carter Rader American Legion Post 149 in Howard, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty L. Tucker; and his parents, Charles and Myrtle Thompson Tucker.

Survivors include two daughters, Earlene Cosper of Diamondhead and Charlene Bryan of Jackson; and four grandchildren.

Visitation was Wednesday evening at Edmond Fahey Funderal Home in Bay St. Louis with services in the chapel.

The body was sent to Zimmerman Funeral Home in Howard, Kan., where there will be visitation Friday, July 11 from 10-10:50 a.m., followed by an 11 a.m.graveside service at Gracelawn Cemetery in Howard.

Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
