Alexander, Russell T. - December 13, 1991
Russell T. "Dee" Alexander, 59, Bay St. Louis, died Friday, Dec 13, 1991, in Bay St. Louis. Mr. Alexander was a member of St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis. He had worked as a longshoreman for 17 years before retiring.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marguerite Balbina Alexander; his mother, Lucille Jenkins; and his father, Cominic Alexander.
Survivors include four daughters, Emily Cluse of Breaux Bridge, La., Yolanda Alexander, Sharon Alexander and Lynn Brown of Bay St. Louis; two sons, Gerald Alexander of Los Angeles and Edward Alexander of Shreveport, La; 10 brothers, Dominic Alexander of Gulfport, George Alexander of Oklahoma, Harold Alexander, Anthony Alexander, Raymond Alexander, William Alexander, Robert Alexander and Lionel Saucier of Pass Christian, Albert Alexander of Hinesville, Ga., and Lorenzo Robinson of Los Angeles; three sisters, Earlean McCullen of New Orleans, Yolanda Hall of Biloxi and Elsie Hanniball of Las Vegas, Nev; and five grandchildren.
Visitation was Friday evening at St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis. Mass was celebrated Saturday at the church. Burial was in Cedar Rest Cemetery, Bay St. Louis. J. T. Hall Funeral Home in Gulfport was in charge of arrangements.
