Vairin, James N. Sr. - June 19, 1959
James N. Vairin, Sr., 68, died Friday, June 18, in Los Angeles, California, where he had resided for a number of years.
A native of Bay St. Louis, he was the son of the late J. W. and Ellen Humphrey Vairin.
He was the husband by first marriage of the late Rosalie D'Arnou; father of Mrs. Edris Stechmann of Bay St. Louis and James N. Vairin, Jr. of New Orleans.
Survivors also include his wife by second marriage, Bertha Robinson Vairin and three children, Robert, Donald and Patricia Vairin of Los Angeles; three brothers, George and Horace Vairin of Bay St. Louis and Alan Vairin of New Orleans.
Burial was in Los Angeles.
