Mathilda Thibodeaux Warner, 82, of Bay St. Louis, died Thursday, April 2, 1998 in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Warner was owner and operator of a restaurant. She was a ntive of Breaux Bridge, La. And a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
She was preceded by her husband, Jay M. Warner Sr.; her parents, Elacide and Anise Patin Thibodeaux; and brothers Antoine Thibodeaux, Cyril Thibodeaux; Lucien Thibodeaux and Tieh Thibodeaux.
Survivors include a son, Jay M. Warner Jr. of Bay St. Louis and a grandchild.
Funeral services will be private.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
