Watkins, Harley Welby Jr. - July 17, 1996
Mr. Harley Welby Watkins Jr., 70, of Bay St. Louis, died Wednesday, July 17, 1996, in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Watkins was a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and a member of Springview Country Club in Amite, La.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley Welby and Genevieve Braening Watkins Sr.; and a sister, Janet M. Remy.
Survivors include his wife, Madalene S. Watkins of Bay St. Louis; three sons, Harley Welby Watkins III of Melbourne, Fla., Wendell Robert Watkins of El Paso, Texas, and Warren Watkins of Amite, LA.; and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
The family prefers donations to the American Lung Association or the American Heart Association.
