Winningham, Joseph W. - August 14, 1999
Joseph Wesley Winningham, 12, of Bay St. Louis, died Saturday, Aug 14, 1999, in Bay St. Louis.
Joseph was a nataive of Gulfport and had been a longtime resident of Bay St. Louis. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Bay High School.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, MaLinda D. and Barry Thomas; his father and stepmother, Joe and Tonya Bilbo, two sisters, Carissa Coffey and Brittanty Bilbo; his maternal grandparents, Richard and Vickie Winningham, all of Bay St. Louis; his paternal Grandparents, Otis Bilbo Sr. Of Dedeaux community and Brenda Schaffer of Norwalk, Ohio; and his great-grandmother, Betty Bass of Bay St. Louis.
Services were conducted Tuesday at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home Chapel in Bay St. Louis, followed by interment in Gulf Coast Memorial Cemetery and Mausoleum in Bay St. Louis.
