Obituary Record

Leon Bourgeois, aged 58 years, died at his home in Waveland last Monday from pneumonia, leaving widow and four grown children. The unfortunate having lost his mental faculties twenty-four years ago, ever since up to the time of his death he had been kept in a small house built for the purpose and his family saw that he had every attention possible contributing to his comfort and with hope of recovery. The funeral took place from the Catholic church Tuesday afternoon and was largely attended.
