Virginia Necaise Guilbeau, 80, of Kiln, MS passed away on Friday, February 13, 2009 in Pass Christian, MS.

She was a lifelong resident of Kiln, MS.

She was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Kiln, MS.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph "Jo Cat" and Lucy Necaise, her son, Kendrick Ladner, her daughter, Janice Ladner, 7 brothers, Fairley, Rudy, Daniel, Genin, James, Wilson, and Ervin Necaise, 3 step-brothers, Emile, Forrest, and Dudley Necaise, and 3 step-sisters, Ida Simmons, Amanda Peterson, and Camille Cuevas.

She is survived by her son, Gregory Ladner and his wife, Niral of LasVegas, NV; her eseter, Sue Bellais of Kiln, MS; 3 grandchildren, Joy Ladner Moran and husband, Gene of Bay St. Louis, MS, Justen Ladner Shearer and wife, Melissa and Ja'Neece Ladner Reynolds and husband, Jake both of LasVegas, NV; 8 great-grandchildren, Conner Ladner, Carson Moran, Devon Moran, Mekayla Ladner Shearer, Cole Ladner Shearer, Trenton Reynolds, Cooper Reynolds, and Little Duece Reynolds.

Services were held Tuesday at Annunciation Catholic Church in Kiln, Ms.

Interment followed in Bayou CoCo Cemetery in Kiln, MS.

Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS was in charge of the arrangements.
