Campbell, Carrie Favre - July 13, 1958
Mrs. Carrie Favre Campbell, 83, a life-long resident of Kiln, died Sunday morning at 8:20 o'clock at her home. She was the widow of Jesse Campbell. Mrs. Campbell, was born on May 19, 1857, in Kiln.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Ellen Cue, Bayou LaCroix community, and one brother, Adolph Favre, Kiln, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service was held this morning from the Fahey Funeral Home, Bay St. Louis, followed by religious rites at the Church of the Annunciation in Kiln. Interment was in the Bayou Coco Cemetery.
