Carver, John Jr. - June 20, 1998
John W. Carver, Jr., 55, of Waveland, died Saturday, June 20, 1998, in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Carver was a native of Waveland and an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Carver Sr.; and his mother, Antonia Agnes Ladner Carver.
Survivors include his longtime friend and companion, Peggy Ladner of Waveland; a son, Roy Sims of Waveland; a daughter, Cathy A. O'Gwin of Waveland; brothers, Bradley Carver of Lakeshore, Robert Carver of Kenner, and Charles Carver of Long Beach; sisters Carolyn Veillion of Lakeshore, Cindy Peterson and Janelle Piazza, both of Waveland; and six grandchildren.
Visitation was Wednesday evening at Riemann Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. A procession will leave the funeral 1:40 p. m.today for funeral services to be conducted at St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland. Burial will be in Waveland City Cemetery.
