Chiniche, Salvatrice - November 19, 1958
Mrs. Salvatrice Chiniche, 68, a native of Italy died Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 7:40 a. m. at her residence in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Chiniche, who has been a naturalized citizen of the United States for a number of years was the widow of Marshall Chiniche.
She is survived by seven children, Misses Mary and Lucy Guagliardo, Bay St. Louis; Mrs. C. J. Koberger, Gulfport; Mrs. Josie G. Sandoz, Bay St. Louis; Mrs. James Austin, Frank Chiniche, Bay St. Louis; Sylvester Guagliardo, of Gulfport.
She was the step-mother of Mrs. Tony Compretta, Joe Chiniche, Mrs. Charles Giametta, Pete Chiniche, Bay St. Louis; Mrs. Russell Ruspoli, Pass Christian; and Sylvester Chiniche, Biloxi.
She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. A. Blanda, Long Island, N. Y., 28 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A son, Lukey Chiniche, was killed while serving in the armed forces.
Funeral services were held on Thursday morning at 9:45 from Fahey Funeral Home followed by religious rites at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
