Davis, James F. - October 2, 1999
James F. Davis, 85, of Damondhead, died Saturday, Oct 2, 1999 in Diamondhead.
Mr. Davis was a native of St. Louis and was a graduaatae of Cleveland High School. He was retired as the manager of Prudential Insurance Company, was past district governor of Rotary International No 684 and past president of Gentily Rotary Club. He was a member of the Square & Compass Club, the Diamondhead Carnival Krewe and he VFW of Diamondhead. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Audrey Koch Davis.
Surivors include his wife, Julie Aycock Davis; two sons, Dennis Davis and Tim Davis; a stepson; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Tuesday at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home in New Orleans. A memorial service will be conducted 10 a.m. today at Diamondhead Community Church. Internment will be in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
