Delpit, Mrs Helen Gertrude, 66, died Thursday, July 16, 1998 in Waveland.
Mrs. Delpit was a native of Long Beach and was a member of the Bay-Waveland Yacht Club. She was a Catholic.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Planos and Gertrude Johnson French.
Survivors include her husband, George Delpit, Sr., of Waveland; two sons, George Delpit, Jr., of Pensacola and Dale R. Delpit of Leeburg, Fla; four daughters, Victoria L. Loveland of Greensboro, N. C., Nell Delpit of Islamorada, Fla., Susan L. Jaggers of Leesburg, Fla, and Nancy G. Delpit of Waveland; three sisters, Barbara Rosick of Pennsylvania, Denise Banks of Butler, Mo., and Irma Jenks of Alabama; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A service will be at 3 p.m. today, July 19, 1998 a Edmond Fahey Funeral Home Chapel in Bay St. Louis where friends may call two hours before service.
Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Bay St. Louis.
