Edmondson, Geraldine - June 8, 1999
Geraldine Edmondson, 83, of Bay St. Louis, Ms., died Tuesday, June 8, 1999, in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Edmondson was a native of Bay St. Louis and a member of St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church. She was employed as a crossing guard with the city of Bay St. Louis for 12 years and was a homemaker and a seamstress.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Boston Edmondson Sr; her parents, Edward and Alice Willims Raboteau Sr; five brothers, Edgar Raboteau, Edward Raboteau, Alfred Raboteau, Albert Rabouteau and Leo Paul Raboteau; and two sisters, Catherine Andry and Ethel Altimus.
Survivors include a son, Boston J. Edmondson Jr. of Bay St. Louis; a daughter, Janice Gill of Washington, D. C.; a sister, Althea Curry of Bay St. Louis; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A service was held Saturday at St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery in Bay St. Louis
J. T. Hall Funeral Home in Gulfport was in charge of arrangements.
