Favre, Mamie C. - January 9, 1999
Mamie E. Favre, 79, of Waveland, died Saturday, Jan. 9, 1999, in Waveland.
Mrs. Favre was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland. She was a native and lifelong resident of Hancock County and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow W. Favre; parents, Antoine and Emma La Fontaine Farve; three brothers, Louis Farve, Earl Farve and Covan Farve and two sisters, Asaline D"Alessandro and Cecile Thomas.
Survivors include a son, Harold Yennie of Saucier; two daughters, Brenda Carver and Glenda Necaise, both of Bay St. Louis; 6 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Visitation was Wednesday at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis followed by service in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Waveland Cemetery.
