Garcia, Doyle M. Sr. - September 22, 1997
Foyle M. Garcia Sr., 76, of Chalmette, La.; died Monday, Sept 22, 1997, in New Orleans.
Mr. Garcia was a native of Lakeshore and a member of St. John Catholic Church in Lakeshore.
He was spreceded in death by his wife, Audrey A. Bourlet Garcia; his parents, Daniel and Viola Green Garcia; two brothers, Leroy Garcia and Gordon Garcia; and a sister, Elvira Garcia Ladner.
Survivors include two sons, Doyle M. Garcia Jr. of Lakeshore and Daniel V. Garcia of Chalmette; two daughters, Debra A. Garcia Bonzalez of Kenner and Darlene M. Garcia Salvage of Chalmette; three brothers, Warren Garcia, Arvine Garcia and Eldridge Garcia, all of Lakeshore; three sisters, Viola Luxich of Lakeshore, Thelma Serpa and Camilla Gill, both of Gulfport; four grandchilren and a great-grandchild.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated Wednesday at St John Catholic Church in Lakeshore. Burial was in Lakeshore Cemetery.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis was in charge of arrangements.
