Golding, Richard Ray - December 22, 1998
Richard Ray Golding, 74, died Tuesday, Dec 22, 1998 in Gulfport.
Mr. Golding was formerly of New Orleans and was a resident of Diamondhead. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War and was retired from E. L. DePont deNemours Co. Of Wilimington, Del., after 34 years of service He was a deacon and Sunday School teacher at Diamondhead Baptist Church. He was a volunteer in the hospice program at Memorial Hospital at Gulfport for several years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Golding.
Survivors include his wife, Deannie Golding; three sons, Kenneth Lane Golding, Karl Lawrence Golding and Keene Lewis Golding; three daughters, Kathryn Golding Cox, Karen Golding East and Kyle Golding Bauer; a stepdaughter, Jolee Pardaw Burrus; four stepsons, Michael Pardaw, Jan Pardaw, Jerry Dan Pardaw and Matthew Pardaw; his mother, Esther Golding; a brother, Frederick Golding; a sister, Jane Golding Joslin; five grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be today, Dec 27, 1998 at 2 p.m. at the Diamondhead Baptist Church in Diamondhead.
