Grass, Albert N. - August 17, 1999
Albert Noel Grass, 84, of Waveland, died Tuesday , Aug, 17, 1999, in Waveland.
Mr. Grass was a native of New Orleans and a longtime resident of Waveland. He was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland and a member of the Knights of Columbus in Bay St. Louis, Ms. Council 1522 where he served as past GrandKnight. He was an alderman for the City of Waveland for 20 years and a committee member for the Krewe of Nereids.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Feldmann Grass; his parents, Horatio and Aline Grass; a son, Albert John Grass; two sisters, Mabel Grass Cloutier and Vivian Grass LeBlanc; and two brothers, William and Dave Grass.
Survivors include a daughter, Dianne Grass Henry of Waveland; and a brother Edward Grass of New Orleans; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be today, 7-10 p.m. with recitation of the rosary at 8 p.m. at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home Friday, Aug. 20 at 10:40 a.m. for an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland Interment will follow in Waveland Cemetery.
