Hugh Hales, 53, of Bay St. Louis, died Tuesday, July 21, 1998 in Bay St. Louis
Mr. Hales was a retired longshoreman and a native of Flora, Miss. He was a member of the International Longshoremen's Association and was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of Orleans Lodge 397.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris J. Comeaux.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa N. Hales of Bay St. Louis; a son, Joseph Glynn Hales; two daughters, Theresa H. Lauzon and Melisa A Hales; his father, Clifton E. Hales, his stepfather, Joseph D. Comeaux Sr.; two brothers, William E. Hales and Joseph D. Comeaux Jr. ;Two sisters, Sandra H. MacDonald and Patricia H. Simmons; and three grandchildren.
Mr. Hales donated his body to the University Medical Center in Jackson.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, July 25, at 10 a.m. at St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
