Beasancon, Myrtle - December 23, 1999
Myrtle Beasancon, 87, of Bay St. Louis, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 1999.
Ms. Beasancon was a native and longtime resident of Bay St. Louis and was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis. She had been employed numerous years at Globe Laundry in Bay St. Louis.
Her parents, Armand Joseph and Mary Justina Ladner Besancon; four sisters, Betty Arnold, Hilda Meier, Shirey Richardson and Hazel Chatham; and a brother, Elliott Becancon, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a brother, Armand J. Besancon Jr. of Ocean Springs; two sisters, Everita Necaise of Gautier and Dorothy Murphy of Bay St. Louis.
Visitation was Monday at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, followed by celebration of a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of The Gulf Catholic Church. Interment followed in St. Mary Cemetery in Bay St. Louis
