Jacobi, Lawrence, Sr. - April 13, 1999
Lawrence John Jacobi Sr., 86, of Bay St. Louis, Ms., died Tuesday, April 13, 1999, in Metairie, La.
He was a native of New Oeleans, La., and a longtime resident of Bay St. Louis. He was of the Catholic faith, and a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, Bay St. Louis. He was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus Pere Lu Duc Council # 1522 and Loiacano Health Club, Bay St. Louis. He was the retired owner of Bobby Anne Bakery in Bay St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Delta L. Jacobi; parents, Louis and Juana Casanave Jacobi; three brothers, Albert Jacobi, Msge. Herman Joseph Jacoci, and Louis Jacobi.
Survivors include, one son, Lawrence Jacobi II of New Orleans; four daughters, Mrs. Delta J. Willis of Jefferson, La., Marge J. Murph of Metairie, La., Vickie J. Lech of Riverside, Ct. And Mary Jo Jacobi of London, England; one sister, Marguerie Hebert of Jackson, Mx., and six grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Saturday, April 17, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, Bay St. Louis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, April 17, 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Gulf Ctholic Church.
Burial to follow at The Gardens of Memory Cemetery , Bay St. Louis.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home, Bay St. Louis, is in chare of arrangements.
