Johnston, Catherine - March 16, 1999
Catherine Johnson Johnston, 47, of Bay St. Louis, died Tuesday, March 16, 1999, in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Johnston was a native of Cook County, Ill. and a resident of Bay St. Louis for the past 14 years. She was a member of Lutheran Church of the Pines in Waveland. She was employed by Allstate Insurance Company and the City of Bay St. Louis as Deputy City Clerk for numerous year.
She was preceded in dath by her father, Warren Johnson.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis R. Johnston Sr. of Bay St. Louis; a son, Dennis Roy Johnston Jr. of Bay St. Louis; a daughter, Caren E. Johnston of Bay St. Louis; her mother, Violet H. Johnson of Picayune; five brothers, Lee Warren Johnson of Balcksburg, Va., C. Paul Johnson of Dallas, Texas; Hugh Johnson of New Orleans; Gus Johnson of Slidell and Eric Johnson of Picayune.
Visitation was Friday evening at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the funeral home chapel, followed by graveside services in Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Bay St. Louis.
