Kenny, Elsie D. - December 22, 1998
Elsie Carver Kenny, 77, of Bay St. Louis, died Tuesday Dec. 22, 1998 in Gulfport.
Mrs. Kenny was a native and lifelong resident of Bay St. Louis and was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis. She was the head bookkeeper for Hancock County for 20 years and also served as bookkeeper for the Hancock County school system.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William P. Kenny, her parents, Andrew . and Johnston Carver; two brothers, Warren J. Carver and Howard A. Carver; and a sister, Evelyn Carver Monti.
Survivors include two sons, David J. Kenny and Michael W. Kenny, bth of Bay ST. Louis; a sister, Carol J. Carver Trapani of Bay St Louis; and four grandchildren.
]Visitation was Wednesday at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay ST. Louis followed by a prayer service in the funeral home chapel.
Burial was in St. Mary Cemetery in Bay St. Louis.
