Ladner, Joseph V. - January 29, 1999
Joseph Vertis Ladner, 66 of the Standard-Dedeaux community, died Friday, Jan. 29, 1999 in Gulfport.
Mr. Ladner was a naïve of Hancock County and was an assistant supervisor with Stuffed Shirt Garment Factory for 35 yeaars. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dedeaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Cornelia Ladner; a sister, Virginia Ladner Parker, and a great-grandson, Tristen Gage Bennett.
Survivors include his wife, Mattie Mae Cuevas Ladner of Standard-Dedeaux; a son Richie Lane Ladner; and a daughter, Jean Bennett, all of Stndard-Dedeaux; and six grandchildren.
Visitation was Sunday evening in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dedeaux. Funeral services were conducted Monday in the Church, followed by burial in Standard Sandhill Cemetery in Kiln.
