Benigno, Jennie D. - November 14, 1997
Mrs. Jennie DiLorenzo Benigo, 85, fof Bay St. Louis, died Friday, Nov 14, 1997, in Las Vegas.
Mrs. Benigno was a native of Carriere. She was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis and a former member of Our Lady of The Gulf Altar Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sylvester Benigo; her parents, Tony and Josephine Margiotta Di Lorenzo; and a brother, Frank DeLorenzo.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathleen B. Fuente of Bay St. Louis and Jo-Ann B. Graitge of Las Vegas; three brothers, Ben DiLorenzo and Adam DiLorenzo, both of Long Beach and Salvadore DiLorenzo of Slidell; four sisters, Rosa LaRosa of Gulfport, Katie Compretta and Lena Chiniche, both of Bay St. Louis, and Josephine DiLorenzo of Long Beach; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Monday evening at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. Mass was celebrated Tuesday at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Mary Cemetery in Bay St. Louis.
