Langkopp, John F. Jr. - November 17, 1997
John Francis Langkopp Jr., 84, of Bay St. Louis, died Monday, Nov 17, 1997, in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Langkoff was a native of New Orleans.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John F.and Edna Miller Langkoff; a daughter, Linda Jones; and a brother, Andrew Langkopp.
Survivors include his wife, Adele Strecker Langkopp of Bay St. Louis; a son, Terry J. Langkopp of Arabi; a daughter, Joan L. Meryers of Poplarville; three sisters, Eva Roberts, Gladys Maikell and Emma Claverie, all of New Orleans; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mr. Kangkopp's body was donated to the Department of Anatomy at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson for research.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov 29 at l p.m. at St. Clare Catholic Church, Beach Boulevard in Waveland.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
