Mavor, Allen F., St. - October 4, 1996
Allen Francis Mavor St., 68, of Bay St. Louis, died Friday Oct. 4, 1996, in New Orleans. Mr. Mavor was born in New Orleans and lived in Bay St. Louis for the pst 15 years. he was a graduate of Alcee Fortier High Schoola and a former Army corporal. he was a retired petrochemical inspector for E. W. Saybolt Co. and former owner of mavor Cycle Service.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Caffer Mavor; and his parents, Conrad Lumsden Mavor and Ella Carey Mavor.
Survivors include four sons, Bryan C. Mavor, Dennis C. Mavor, Morgan Q. Mavor and Allen Mavor Jr.; three daughters, Lynn Clayberger of Florida, Jo Ann M. Castiglione and Georgia Ann Mavor, two brothers, Conrad L. Mavor and Carey W. Mavor; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Private services were held. Professional Mortuary in New Orleans was in charge of arrangements.
