Necaise, Edwina - November 15, 1999
Edwina Ladner Necaise, 97, of Kiln, died Monday, Nov 15, 1999 in Picayune.
Mrs. Necaise was a native and life-long resident of Hanccock County and was a member of Annunciation Catholic church in Kiln.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michel J. Necaise Sr., a son, Russell W. Necaise; her parents, Leon T. And Angeline Sels Ladner; three brothers, Edgar Ladner, Albert Ladner and David Ladner; and four sisters, Rose Hoda, Cora Martin, Alice Wilhelm and Ida Whitnery.
Survivors include a son, Michel J. Necaise Jr. of Bay St. Louis; three daughters, Wilmak Necaise, Peggy Cooley and Shirley Morel, all of Kiln; three sisters, Nora Bosarge of Pass Chiristian, Maude Ladner of Bay St. Louis and Corrine Fornea of Biloxi, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today at Annunciation Catholic Church in Kiln where friends may call an hour before service time. Burial will be in Bayou Coco Cemetery in Kiln.
Edmond Fahey Funeral home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
