Bilbo, Cecile - August 14, 1999
Cecile Bilbo, 21, of Bay St. Louis, died Saturday, Aug. 14, 1999, in Bay St. Louis.
Ms Bilbo was a native of Bay St. Louis and was a student at UNO Lakefront in New Orleans.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Sean Finegan.
Survivors include her father, Otis J. Bilbo Sr. of Pass Christian; her mother, Carmen Calix Bilbo Finegan of Bay St. Louis; her stepfather, Richard L. Finegan of Waveland; three brothers, Otis J. Bilbo Jr. and Thomas Seawright, both of Kiln, and Randy Bilbo of Bay St. Louis; a stepbrother, Henry Ladner of Pass Christian; two sisters, Bridgette Evans of Slidell and Juliet Bilbo of Pass Christian; and a stepsister, Victoria Ladner of Pass Christian.
Visitation was Wednesday at Riemann Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. today in the funeral home chapel, wth burial in GulfCoast Memorial Cemetery in Bay St. Louis
