Obituary Record
Ulman, Emma W. - October 16, 1895
On Wednesday at 10 o'clock P. M., after a lingering illness, Mrs. Emma W. Ulman, wife of the late Hon. Alfred A. Ulman, died at her home on Nicholson Avenue. The deceased was an estimable lady, the immense attendance to her funeral well attesting this. And was born some eighty-odd years ago in London where she has kin folks. Mrs. Ulman died a convert to the Catholic faith, and received all the last sacraments of that church. Rev. Father Alphonse conducted the funeral ceremony at the house and was joined at the church by Very Rev. Father Leduc. The interment took place in the old cemetery.
