Wilcox, Delmer - July 1, 1999
Delmer E. Wilcox, 75, of Clermont Harbor, Ms., died Thursday, July 1, 1999, in Slidell, La.
Mr. Wilcox was owner of Wilcox Electric & Appliance Company in Waveland for over 35 years. He wa a Real Estate Broker with Waveland Avenue Realty.
He was a coast resident since 1945 and served in the United States Navy during World War II, a member of Bourgeois-Stieffel-Ray American Legion Post 77, Waveland, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3253, Bay St. Louis, and Masonic Lodge in Bay St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Rose McConnell Wilcox.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Carr Wilcox of Clermont Harbor; sons, James Wilcox of Waveland, Marshal Wilcox of New Zealand, and Karl Wilcox of Necaise, Ms;; daughters, Eileen Dorn of Waveland and Celia Wilcox of Clermont Harbor; brothers; Marshall Horn of Rockford, Il, and Vic Boeker of McHenry, Il; sister Evelyn Martin of Appleton, Wisc; also survived by 10 grandchildren.
A private family service will be held.
Riemann Funeral Home, Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
