Devonshire , Isabella Ruppel - December 12, 1895
Bay St. Louis will regret to learn the death of Mrs. J. J. Ruppel, nee Isabella Devonshire who died in New Orleans Thursday. She was well known in this city having spent many summers in our midst. She married some two years ago and was twenty-one years old.
