Addison "Eddie" Louis Bounds, Sr., 78, of Bay St. Louis, MS died on Friday, January 13, 2006 in Biloxi, MS. He was born on August 6, 1927 in Picayune, MS and has been a lifelong resident of South, MS. He was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, V.F.W. Post 3253, American Legion Post 139 both in Bay St. Louis, MS and was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army in World War II. Eddie enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and being the talented musician that he was, Eddie played several instruments.

He is preceded in death by his wife; Elois Sylvester Bounds; parents, Louis and Agaline Hoda Bounds; 2 brothers, Otis and Oren Bounds; sister, Marie McCullough.

He is survived by his children, Mary Ann Brunelle of Bay St. Louis, MS, Addison Bounds, Jr. of Orlando, FL, Monroe Bounds, Kenneth Ray Bounds, and Harold T. Bounds all of Bay St. Louis, MS; sister, Lillian Carver of Bay St. Louis, MS; brothers, Herman Bounds of Orlando, FL, and Henry Steen of Kiln, MS. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

Visitation is Monday, January 16, 2006 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at 10:00 am at Annunciation Catholic Church in Kiln, MS. Interment will be at 1:00 pm at Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS.
