Obituary Record

Mrs. Alphonsine Kergosien Attaway, 79, aunt of Messers. Horace, Emmett, Laurent, Charles, Ogden Kergosien, Miss Clara Kergosien, Mrs. James Morland, and Mrs. Joseph Blaize of Bay St. Louis, died Tuesday, September 20, at 10:55 A. M.

A native of Fenton, Miss., and a resident of New Orleans, she was the wife of the late Frank M. Attaway, mother of Mrs. Mae A. Stone of New Orleans and Mrs. Edward J. Gonzales of Baton Rouge, La.; sister of Mrs. Lee Martin of Beaumont, Texas, and the late Dr. A. A. Kergosien of Bay St. Louis.

Survivors include five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thursday morning at the House of Bultman with a Requem Mass at Mater Dolorosa Church. Interment was in Metairie Cemetery.
