Derussy, Louis M. - December 20, 1998
Lois M. DeRussy, 70, of Diamondhead, died Sunday, Dec. 20, 1998 in Gulfport.
Mrs. DeRussy was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Diamondhead for the past five years. She was a h omemaker and was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter Louis and Ethel Wingerter McGoey Sr.
Survivors include he husband, Otis H. DeRussy of Diamondhead; a son, Mark S. DeRussy of Diamondhead; a brother, Peter L. McGoey Jr. of Long Beach; three sisters, Mrs. Roselba Lowe of New Orleans, Mrs. Sudrey Carline of Terrytown, La., and Mrs. Agatha Hall of Pinole, Calif, and two granddaughters: Christie L. DeRussy and Bernadette M. DeRussy both of Diamondhead.
Visitation was Monday evening at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St Louis.
Mass was celebrated Tuesday at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, followed by graveside services at Greenwood Cemetery in New Orleans.
