Garrison, Ora Lea Parker - November 25, 1998
Mrs. Ora Lea Parker Garrison, 88, of Leetown, died Wednesday, November 25, 1998 in the Crosby Hospital, Picayune.
A native of Stone County, she was a waitress in the food industry, homemaker and a member of the Lee's Chapel No. 2 Baptist Church.
She was preceeded in death by her daughter, Helen Grace Hester,; grandson, David Hester; and brother, John R. Parker.
Survivors include one daughter, Alice Reeb, Mesquite, Tx; two sons, Rev. Paul Lee, Picayune and Walter Lee, Abilene, Tx; one sister, Bernice Williams, Wiggins; nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Friday, Nov. 27 in the Lee Chapel No.2 Baptist Church in Picayune. Funeral services were Saturday in the same church, with burial in the Hester Cemetery in Wiggins. The Rev. Lavelle Lee Officiated and was assisted by Rev John Moore.
McDonald Funeral Home of Picayune was in charge of arrangements
