Mrs. Margie Saucier Karl, 37, a native of Louisiana and a life-long resident of Bay St. Louis, died this morning at 12:45 o'clock at her residence at 401 Necaise Ave. in Bay St. Louis.

Mrs. Karl was the daughter of Chief of Police Alcine Saucier and the late Mrs. Edna Boubreaux Saucier, of Bay St. Louis.

Other than her father, she is survived by her husband, Sterling R. Karl, Bay St. Louis; two daughters, Mrs. Linda Probost, Pearl River, La., and Miss Katherine Karl, Bay St. Louis; two sons, Alcine F. Johnston and Matthews Leroy Karl, both of Bay St. Louis; three sisters, Mrs. Frank Taconi and Mrs. Shirley Turcotte, both of Bay St. Louis; and Mrs. Leroy Ladner of New Orleans; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will take place Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. from the Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis followed by religious services at the Christ Episcopal Church at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Charles Johnson, rector, officiating. Interment will be in the Bay St. Louis Cedar Rest Cemetery.
